Returns
• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Since we already offer free shipping within Europe, you as the customer bear the costs of the return.
• Customers outside Europe also bear the costs of returns.
• The return address is included with the order.
• The return can be completed with a shipping service provider of your choice.
The following points must be observed when returning goods:
• The item must be undamaged
• Show no signs of washing or use such as dirt, cracks or similar
• Labels must not be damaged or removed
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.
